Der Originalartikel steuert inzwischen auf die 5.000 Facebook-Likes zu und wird laut Hardy Prothmann nach wie vor sehr oft aufgerufen. Die letzte Zahl, die un bekannt ist waren deutlich über 70.000 Artikelaufrufe bis gestern Abend 18.00 Uhr.

knapp 50.000 Leser. 2.900 Facebook-Likes. 3700 spread.ly-Empfehlungen. Twitter wird langsam weniger mit rund 50 Retweets pro Stunde. Vor rund einer Stunde hat eine sehr große Facebook-Gruppe auf den Beitrag verlinkt und bringt seitdem enorme Besucherzahlen auf den Heddesheimblog. Ein tolles Beispiel, wie sich Nachricht auch Außerhalb großer Medienunternehmen verbreitet.

Bis jetzt hatte der Beitrag gut 40.000 Leser. Die Facebook-Likes haben sich seit gestern Nacht annähernd verdoppelt: inzwischen sind es rund 2.000 Likes! Die retweet-Geschwindigkeit auf Twitter hatte über Nacht etwas nachgelassen, ist am Morgen aber wieder auf ähnliches Niveau, wie gestern Abend gestiegen. Erste Angebote für die Übernahme der Anwaltskosten sind auch schon eingegangen:von Blogger Sascha Pallenberg.

Der Heddesheimblog ist wohl der erste Lokalblog, der es geschafft hat (oder besser gesagt im Moment schafft..) ein lokales Thema zum nationalen Aufreger zu pushen. Ein Artikel über den Bundestagsabgeordneten Ströbele, dessen Frau, Fischfutter aus Schleudern und ein Schwimmbad im Schwimmverbotsbereich, hat eine ziemliche Lawine losgetreten.
Der Blogger Hardy Prothmann hat uns gerade gesagt, dass innerhalb der letzten 28 Stunden rund 30.000 Menschen auf den Heddesheimblog zugegriffen und weit über 150 Kommentare geschrieben haben. Aufgrund des Besucheransturms war die Seite heute am frühen Abend vorübergehend nicht erreichbar.
Auf Twitter ist das Thema der absolute Renner mit bis zu 200 Retweets (pro Stunde!!!):
Bis jetzt (23.24 Uhr) wurde der Artikel knapp 1.300 Mal auf Facebook geliked:
Inzwischen hat der Tagesspiegel darüber geschrieben (und interessanterweise direkt einen Themenbereich dafür eingerichtet). Der Spiegel hat es auch schon laufen und die Bild steht in der Warteschleife…

Der Gag an der Sache ist, dass Ströbele den Anspruch gar nicht gerichtlich durchsetzen kann weil die Darstellung, juristisch gesehen, nur formell und nur unwesentlich unrichtig ist.
Wenn Herr Ströbele mit seiner Frau zusammen erscheint um die Anzeige zu erstatten, dann muss er gegen sich gelten lassen, dass dies dieses zumindest den Anschein erweckt, dass er mit dem Vorgang nicht nur einverstanden sondern sogar mindestens beteiligt war.
Die Abmahnung hätte er besser gut gerollt… aber nicht verschickt.
Hinzu kommt: Dem abmahnenden Anwalt in eigener Sache stehen die Abmahngebühren nicht zu – das habe ich selbst einem Abmahngauner Günter Freiherr Gravenreuth vor den Gerichten sehr geduldig erklärt. Auch der Ströbele hat erst einmal eigene Mittel einzusetzen und so eine Abmahnung rotzt ein halbwegs brauchbarer Jurist in 20 Minuten hin. In 10 Minuten wenn er sie nur diktiert.
Demnach hat aber auch der Jurist Hans-Christian Ströbele erst einmal eigene Mittel einzusetzen – oder was ist das für ein Jurist, der nicht mal die Abmahnung selbst verfassen kann?
Was ich machen würde ist dem Ströbele die geforderte Unterlassungserklärung zu geben (ich selbst wahrscheinlich nicht mal das) und mit gleicher Post eine negative Feststellungsklage wegen der Kostenforderung (ich selbst auch wegen des erhobenen Anspruches) anzustrengen.
Um dann ein paar Monate später mal richtig laut über einen Jurist zu lachen.

Einen “Verein gegen Abmahnopfer” initiiert von Hardy Prothmann gibt es übrigens noch immer nicht. Warum nicht? Wer kommt drauf…?
Den Namen Hardy Prothmann liest man immer häufiger in Verbindung mit dem Begriff Unglaubwürdigkeit.

Ah, der Sven – immer schön am stalken. Sie stellen eine abmahnwürdige falsche Tatsachenbehauptung auf. Der Spendenaufruf in der Fischfutteraffäre ist niemals an die Vereinsgründung zur Hilfe gegen Abmahnung geknüpft gewesen.
Da es keine gerichtliche Auseinandersetzung gegen hat, habe ich wie angekündigt 1.000 Euro an Journalisten helfen Journalisten als Spende weitergegeben.

Ja klar: Wenn man so häufig mit einer Abmahnung wie Prothmann mit seiner Arbeit was über die Löffel bekommt, dann ist das Wort Abmahnung schon beim ersten eigenem Satz im festen Wortschatz. So viele Abmahnungen müssen ja wirre machen.

Wenn man schon viel Unfug schreibt (der berechtigt immer und wieder erfolgreich bzw. begründet abgemahnt wird), sollte zumindest richtig lesen. Eine verbindliche Verknüpfung habe ich auch nie behauptet.
Fakt ist, dass der Streit Ströbele den Chefredakteur aller Redakteure des Heddesheimblogs “auf die Idee gebracht hat”, einen Verein zu gründen. Fakt ist auch, dass dies in einem Atemzug im Artikel abgehandelt und selbst verknüpft (verlinkt) wird.
Und der allertraurigste Fakt an allem ist leider auch, dass es den Verein bis heute nicht gibt. Und natürlich auch nie geben wird. Ja, klar, da gibt es natürlich auch wieder Begründungen dafür…andere hatten kein Interesse…selbst Aufwand zu hoch….na, dann sollte man doch einfach mal eine simulierte Gutmesnchen-Klappe halten.
Ich als Kollege schäme mich hier intensivst. Solche Blogger widern mich an.
Wann gibt es die nächste Klatsche für ungenügendes Arbeiten des Hardy Prothmann, in dem eine Idee zu einer Vereinsgründung entsteht, deren solidarischer Zweck zufälligerweise ein eigenes Interesse abdecken würde – aber dann dennoch nicht entsteht?

Aktuell läuft die 15. Abmahnung gegen mich, dreizehn waren erfolglos, es gab einen Vergleich, eine EV und das nun schwebende Verfahren – die Bilanz sieht also anders aus, als Sie zu wissen glauben.
Ansonsten einen guten Tipp: Gehen Sie zum Arzt, der kann vielleicht helfen.
