Istlokal.de war ursprünglich als Verein angedacht. Bei der Gründung war ich als Gründungsmitglied mit dabei. Der Schritt aus dem Netzwerk eine Firma zu gründen ist absolut richtig. Unter dem Dach eines Vereins war istlokal zu schwerfällig und nur bedingt handlungsfähig.
