Neben der journalistischen Ausbildung, die über Kooperationen auch in einem Radiosender, einer großen Zeitung und einem Berliner Blog stattfinden soll, wird vor allem auf die Ausbildung zum selbstständigen ”Unternehmerjournalisten” Wert gelegt:
- ein moderner Journalismus
- die Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kollegen
- eine solide Ausbildung in journalistischen Formen, Recherche, Recht
- die betriebswirtschaftliche Schulung für Unternehmerjournalismus
- eine attraktive überbetriebliche Ausbildung in anderen Redaktionen
Das Ziel ist Klar: istlokal.de will ein (Vermarktungs)Netzwerk aus regionalen Netzmedien aufbauen und bildet sich dazu die eigenen Leute aus. Man macht daraus auch kein Geheimnis:
Im Anschluss haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Leitungsfunktionen zu übernehmen oder selbst unternehmerisch mit einer Lokalzeitung und unserer Unterstützung tätig zu werden.
Das Volontariat soll “knapp unterhalb des Tarifs” bezahlt werden.
